Vitality Health is a wellness center that offers a wide range of services to help you achieve optimal health and wellness.
We use a membership model. Pricing differs based on weight loss medication and add ons , such as vitamins, hormone therapy or fat burner boosters. We do not accept insurance or offer super bills.
The Vital Life Weight Loss program membership consists of medical supervision with one of our board-certified healthcare providers, fitness and nutrition counseling, weekly to monthly visits, weight loss medications, lab draws and personalized diet and exercise plan.
At this time , we do not accept insurance. Insurance often does not cover weight loss medication such as Mounjaro or Semiglutide. For this reason, we offer a subscription that includes medication, medical supervision and unlimited visits.
